Questions and answers about the Seeker Membership

  • Is the Seeker Membership automatically charged each month or year?

    Yes. When you are subscribed as a Seeker, PON will automatically charge your payment method each month or year, depending on which subscription you choose.

  • If I start out monthly, can I switch to annual later to save money?

    Yes. You may convert to annual anytime you like.

  • Do you provide a refund for subscriptions?

    Instead of a refund, we give each new subscriber 14 free days of access. You will have full access to all courses, messages, and content just as if you were fully enrolled.

    If you choose not to subscribe, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the 14 day trial in order to not be charged.

  • Is my information safe?

    At PON we consider you a friend with the same level of confidentiality you might expect from any professional with whom you share your personal progress.

    While we cannot provide legal confidentiality as clergy, we do work diligently to keep your information safe and as secure as possible. We never sell or share our users' information with outside third parties except as needed to function properly and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
